Join our Training and Development team in the Central Recruitment and Development department at the Helios Kliniken GmbH headquarters as a full-time/part-time Junior Training and Development Officer (m/f/d) based in Berlin as soon as possible.

• Development and evaluation of key figures in training and further education

• Participation in the development and revision of standards
• Development and evaluation of key figures of the training centers
• project management

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a human resources manager (m/f/d) or a comparable course of study

• Courage to question the status quo and optimize processes
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• A sense of responsibility and a structured and precise way of working
• Very good verbal and written skills in German and English
