Group Accounting Officer (m/f/d)

at the Berlin location.

• Coordination, creation and further development of accounting guidelines and booking templates for Helios Germany in the respective accounting standards (HGB and IFRS)
• Supervision of selected interfaces to accounting as a link to other departments
• Optimization of reporting and the associated processes
• Participation in the preparation of the quarterly and annual financial statements for the Helios Group in accordance with IFRS and in reporting to the parent company (Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA)
• Closing work in the consolidation module BCS SAP/R3 (SEM BCS)
• Accompaniment of accounting projects for Helios Germany
• Contact person for our subsidiaries and our auditors

• Business studies with a focus on accounting or comparable training (e.g. accountant (m/f/d)) or several years of professional experience in accounting desirable
• Sound knowledge of accounting in accordance with HGB and IFRS, hospital-specific accounting knowledge is an advantage
• Interest in IT-based tasks and projects for process optimization, digitization and automation
• Good knowledge of the SAP/R3 module FI desirable as well as confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel), VBA knowledge an advantage
• Precise way of working, analytical thinking and ability to familiarize yourself independently with new topics
• Resilient team player with a high degree of personal responsibility and commitment
