In the area of nursing management, we are looking to fill the position of

Nursing Directorate Officer (m/f/d)

to be filled on a full-time or part-time basis.

• Actively contribute to and support the Nursing Directorate in strategic and operational Aufgaben
• Project management and project responsibility in the area of Pflege
• Conducting training for employees within the framework of Projektarbeiten
• Development and implementation of care standards in accordance with the latest Erkenntnissen Planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of Arbeitsabläufen
• Recording, evaluating and transmitting data as part of PPBV Checking staff deployment and vacation planning

• Completed 3 years Pflegeausbildung
• Relevant professional experience as a division manager or in a nursing management environment, preferably acquired at a hospital
• Comprehensive knowledge of Gesundheitsstrukturen
• Experience in the management of Projekten
• Structured, process-oriented and analytical Denkvermögen
• Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism
