  • Your documents will be forwarded directly to the relevant HR department.
  • The initial selection process usually takes two to four weeks.

2. Interview(s)

  • If your documents are of interest to us, we will invite you to a first meeting, which helps us to get to know each other and usually lasts about 60 minutes.
  • Depending on the type of position, further discussions can take place afterwards, which focus more on specialist topics.

3. Conclusion of contract

  • If all of the interviews go well and the details of the contract have been discussed, then there is nothing to stop you from joining our team.

Timeline – step by step

The duration of the application process as a whole and the individual steps will also depend on your availability. Especially after the first interview, the time frame may vary. Usually, the entire process should not take longer than three months. • Your application documents should be complete. In the checklist, you can see which documents we need to review your application.
  • Make sure that your application meets all the formal criteria and is free from errors. Please pay particular attention to spelling errors, in particular the correct spelling of the name of the company and the contact person.
  • Convince us of your qualities in your cover letter and explain why you specifically are the right person for the job.
  • In your CV, show the specific knowledge and experience you have, e.g. language courses, stays abroad or further education.

  • Before the first interview, find out more about Fresenius on this page or on our company website.
  • Being nervous before an interview is natural. But don’t forget: we wouldn't invite you to the interview if we didn't think you might be right for the job. So you have already passed the first hurdle.
  • During the interview, once again explain why you are the right person for the job and why you are a good fit for Fresenius.
  • Do not be afraid of questions about your future line of work and show your interest in the field in question.
