  • Process optimization: You will analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential and implement measures to increase efficiency
  • ICS: You will be responsible for coordinating our internal control system for our nationwide MVZs and central specialist departments in our business unit. You will be familiar with the English language in the area of project management
  • Project management: Taking responsibility for projects and carrying out training measures
  • Reporting: You will prepare regular reports for the management on the progress and quality of the processes
  • Interface management: You will work closely with various specialist departments and coordinate the implementation of quality measures

What you bring with you

  • Several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in the outpatient sector with a focus on practice management and/or a degree in healthcare management or a comparable field of study
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the implementation and further development of ICS/quality management
  • You are familiar with various methods of process analysis and optimization
  • You are a strong communicator and can convey complex issues in an understandable way
  • You maintain an overview of the organization of a wide variety of projects, can familiarize yourself comprehensively with new topics and have a positive attitude towards change management
  • Knowledge of common Office programs is a prerequisite, experience with project management tools is desirable
  • Legally required proof of immunization against measles
