Budget Officer (m/f/d)

full-time, based in Berlin, Bad Homburg or nationwide.

• Management of the annual budget negotiations of the clinics with the cost units
• Preparation, follow-up and support of inpatient budget negotiations in the area of KHEntgG and BPflV
• Preparation, support and implementation of arbitration board proceedings
• Support for approval procedures
• Analysis and implementation of new legal bases for hospital financing as well as the development of strategies and planning guidelines
• Direct contact person for clinics on budget negotiation topics

• Completed business administration or comparable studies or qualifying training, preferably with a health economics background
• Sound experience in negotiating remuneration with payers and knowledge of hospital financing (KHEntgG and BPflV)
• Confident handling of figures and analytical thinking skills
• Confident appearance, confident negotiating skills and a high degree of communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel
• You can provide proof of immunization against measles
