Working Student (m/f/d) Controlling (Group Real Estate Management)

As a working student, you will gain exciting insights into the controlling department of an international healthcare group and, as part of a young and dynamic team, you will be able to actively apply the specialist knowledge you have acquired during your studies in practice. You can also make contacts, explore possible career paths and fill your student fund at the same time.

Your challenge in detail

• You will actively support our team in the preparation and booking of internal service accounting
• You will also be involved in preparing ad hoc analyses as well as budgets and forecasts for the department
• You will also be responsible for creating Excel templates to support internal departmental processes
• What's more, you will provide support in collecting data on existing rental contracts and determining the TOC of the Fresenius Group
• Of course, you will also be actively involved in day-to-day business and make a valuable contribution, for example by processing account assignment requests from the division and regularly updating the KPI dashboard

Your expertise is in demand

• Current, advanced full-time studies in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or similar
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and an affinity for IT systems
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to visualize complex topics briefly and concisely
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Initial practical experience in the form of internships or working student activities in the field of controlling desirable
