Your challenge in detail

• You will provide support with electronic data entry, data maintenance and checking in the contract and intellectual property management administration software
• You will also be responsible for reviewing legal correspondence and extracting relevant data
• In addition, you will support our team with administrative activities

Your expertise is in demand

• Current full-time studies in the field of business administration, engineering or similar
• Good MS Office skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (native speaker)
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Independent and structured way of working
• Knowledge of intellectual property management desirable
