Working student (m/f/d) Supply Chain Management

Would you like to take a look behind the scenes of an international healthcare company during your studies? Then join the Customer Business Center Operations team, which is responsible for production forecast planning, bottleneck management, electronic order management, customer and material master data management as well as projects and system adjustments relating to the order cycle! Here you will have the opportunity to work in the department and thus gain intensive insights into the diverse tasks relating to the supply chain and logistics services of a global company.

• During your assignment, you will support our team in day-to-day operations in the areas of supply chain management and distribution management
• You will also be involved in projects on topics such as pharmaceutical procurement authorizations, electronic invoicing and electronic data interchange (EDI)
• What's more: you create work instructions and SOPs
• It goes without saying that you will also support the further development of key figures and reports as well as the coordination of overarching topics across divisions and within the department
• The archiving and documentation of process-relevant documents is also one of your many tasks
• In addition, you will be involved in answering questions about supply bottlenecks and support the implementation of projects for the continuous optimization of our supply chain processes

• Currently pursuing an advanced full-time degree in economics, supply chain management, procurement or a similar course of study
• High degree of personal responsibility, commitment, flexibility and an independent and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills as well as an analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking
• Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams, Outlook)
• Knowledge of SAP SD and CRM (Salesforce) desirable
• Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
