The Risk & Integrity department is an integrated assurance function that combines Group-wide risk management, the internal control system and compliance (business integrity, data protection and human rights). The teams manage the risks in their respective functional areas using Group-wide management systems. We now want to expand and develop this management approach to include patient safety, employee safety and fire and disaster prevention.

Establishment of a group-wide reporting system aimed at identifying and avoiding safety risks in the areas of patient safety, employee safety and fire and disaster protection (hereinafter "safety") for employees and patients in all company segments. This is used for internal action management and for use in internal and external company reports.
Monitoring and legal evaluation of changes to laws and regulations in the relevant safety areas.
Development of methods, guidelines, documentation, processes and supporting tools to ensure an auditable reporting process, including ad hoc reporting.
Creating guidance and templates for safety risk assessments, training and other communication activities.
Negotiating contracts with service providers in the area of safety compliance management.
Working closely with internal departments such as EHS, Fire Safety and Pharmacovigilance as well as external regulators and associations.
A degree in technical engineering, economics or an equivalent qualification in a related field.
At least 8 years of practical work experience in compliance, EHS, internal audit, risk management or corporate governance of an international company or in an audit firm/corporate consultancy as well as good project management skills.
Detailed understanding of corporate governance, compliance management systems and relevant legal terminology.
Extensive experience in the design of structural and process organization as well as in the implementation of risk management and EHS processes within international corporations.
Fluent written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages an advantage.
Very good knowledge of MS Office and documentation of processes in flow charts.
Solution-oriented and analytical skills with a high degree of conscientiousness and accuracy.
