You will support the integrated management system (occupational health and safety, operational fire protection, operational environmental protection).
You will also work on the development. Implementation and management of OHS initiatives and programs.
You will carry out internal HSE audits to check the effectiveness of OHS guidelines and SOPs and compile statistics and reports.
You will fulfill the tasks of an occupational safety specialist in accordance with § 6 ASiG and the tasks of a fire safety officer.
On top of this, you will develop, organize and maintain relevant training plans.
You will identify relevant environmental regulations, propose necessary measures and support the implementation and testing of measures.
Last but not least, you will support the management of hazardous substances (risk assessments, operating instructions, substitution testing, water-polluting substances).
University degree in an engineering discipline or state-certified technician or master craftsman in a technical discipline
Training as an occupational safety specialist and previous training in accordance with § 4 DGU-V 2
Training as a fire safety officer in accordance with DGUV-I 205-003
Qualification as an environmental officer (waste, water, immission control)
At least 7 years of professional experience as an appointed occupational safety specialist
Several years of experience as a fire safety officer in an industrial company or a large administrative company
Several years of experience as an environmental officer (water or waste or immission control), alternatively as a voluntary environmental officer of an industrial company or large administrative company
Proof of safety-related expertise in accordance with §4 DGUV regulation 2 as a safety engineer, technician or foreman
Experience with certified ISO management systems (14001, 45001)
Digital affinity - very good IT skills (MS Office, databases, etc.)
Good user knowledge of an EHS professional database, e.g. Quentic, Enablon or similar
Business fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
A solution- and service-oriented and independent team player personality with a strong sense of initiative and a convincing appearance
