Head of Financial Controlling (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Controlling / Financial Controlling (m/f/d) for the Helios Klinikum Bad Saarow to start as soon as possible.

• Responsible management You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of commercial controlling and financial accounting at the site
• Preparation of financial statements & business plans You will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements, forecasts and business plans in close coordination with the clinic management and other relevant stakeholders
• Reporting & deadline management You will ensure timely submission to the regional and Group reporting system
• Statutory reports & calculations You will be responsible for the complete implementation of the annual InEK calculation as well as various statutory reports (hospital statistics, nursing training fund, etc.)
• Budget negotiations & strategy You prepare budget negotiations with payers and conduct these in collaboration with the Central Budget Service
• Analysis & further development You will analyze business data, develop proposals for economic management and optimize the internal reporting system

• Professional qualifications A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years ofexperience in hospital controlling and sound knowledge of hospital financing law
• IT know-how Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, as well as experience with SAP
• Personal strengths Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team as well as organizational and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure & personal responsibility A high level of commitment, flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility
• Legal requirements Proof of immunization against measles in accordance with legal requirements
