Head of OR (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time Head of OR (m/f/d) for our OR team at the earliest possible date, limited until 30.08.2026

• You will coordinate the cooperation in the OR team and monitor the processes in the OR
• You will be involved in the recruitment of new employees, coordinate their deployment and training
• You coordinate materials management and equipment management with your employees
• If necessary, you will also work in the operating room and take part in the OR program as a stand-in or instrumentation technician
• You stand in for the OR coordinator when they are absent
• Your aim is to work in close and trusting cooperation with the nursing managers, the medical managers, the nursing director and the management team
• You will contribute to the further development, monitoring and compliance with our OR and hygiene standards
• Participation in the on-call service
• Key user activity in the Ases duty roster program

• Completed vocational training as a healthcare and nursing assistant, surgical assistant, nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Initial management experience and completed specialist training in OR nursing are desirable
• Comprehensive and versatile specialist knowledge as well as a broad range of experience in the surgical service
• Completed further training in middle management or the willingness to complete this
• Assertiveness, organizational skills and commitment
• Motivating leadership qualities and a high degree of social competence
• Legally required immunization against measles
