As of 01.01.2026, we are looking for you as Head of Patient Services (m/f/d) for our Helios Clinic at the Titisee-Neustadt site, full-time/part-time min. 80%.

Professional and disciplinary management of the areas:

• Food supply / food management
• Module supply / ward logistics
• Bed center / laundry supply

Ensuring an efficient, patient-oriented and reliable workflow in all service processes - from ordering meals to supplying materials and preparing beds

Active collaboration in the operational areas to support the teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Further development, standardization and digitalization of processes to increase quality and efficiency

Close cooperation with nursing, medical services, social services and administration

Responsibility for personnel, resource and deployment planning in the entire area of responsibility

• Completed training in the healthcare sector, ideally as a nurse or nursing assistant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a hospital environment, preferably in service or care structures
• A completed qualification as a manager is desirable. We expressly support applications from people who would like to acquire this qualification
• Strong organizational skills, structured thinking and a good understanding of logistical and process-oriented workflows
• Confident manner, communication and conflict resolution skills as well as empathy in dealing with different professional groups
• Team-oriented, decisive way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• Proof of measles immunity in accordance with legal requirements

The Helios Clinic Titisee-Neustadt, a basic and standard care hospital with 151 beds and 400 employees, is an academic teaching hospital of the University Hospital of Freiburg.

The clinic has the departments of internal medicine, neurology, general and visceral surgery, trauma surgery/orthopaedics, gynaecology/obstetrics with a certified breast center, as well as anaesthesia and geriatrics.

The hospital also has a dialysis practice and a branch oncology practice as well as a radiology practice with CT and MRI.

Over 8,000 inpatients and 12,700 outpatients are treated here every year.

A daycare center for children aged zero to six is attached to our clinic.
