The Helios Mariahilf Clinic Hamburg is looking for a dedicated manager (m/f/d) for the delivery room as soon as possible.

• Responsibility for the organization and coordination of the delivery room in cooperation with the management function
• Ensuring high-quality obstetric care for our patients
• Collaboration in personnel planning, development and promotion
• Support in compliance with and further development of quality standards
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, nurses and other departments

• Completed training as a midwife/maternity nurse
• Completed leadership course or willingness to complete it promptly
• In-depth experience in obstetrics
• High degree of responsibility and organizational skills
• Team-oriented, committed and empathetic personality
