We are looking for you as Head of Patient Services (m/f/d) for our Helios Clinic in Kronach at the earliest possible date

• Professional and disciplinary management of the teams, including elective services management

• Ensuring service-oriented, efficient and smooth patient admission and proper archive management
• Control and further development of processes, taking into account legal requirements and digitalization
• Responsibility for the correct application of Section 301 SGB V (electronic data exchange with health insurance companies) and the secure handling of hospital IT systems
• Close cooperation with the medical service, nursing, administration and external partners
• Specialist support for social services, particularly with regard to social law issues and discharge management
• Budget and resource management in the area of responsibility

Successfully completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d), in each case with a suitable additional qualification

Several years of professional and management experience in the hospital or healthcare sector

Sound knowledge of the hospital information system (HIS), billing systems and the application of § 301 SGB V

Familiarity with the relevant social codes, particularly with regard to discharge management, rehabilitation and follow-up care

Strong organizational skills, understanding of processes and a high sense of responsibility

Communication and conflict resolution skills, combined with empathy in dealing with patients and relatives

Decision-making ability and assertiveness with simultaneous team orientation

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
