We are looking for a Head of Medical Controlling (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible

• You will fulfill a key function within the administration and advise the clinic's management on operational and strategic medical controlling

• You will implement company-wide medical controlling activities
• You will find solutions to problems by recording, questioning and optimizing existing processes
• You will work closely with the Regional Head of Medical Controlling of the Helios Region South

• The DRG system is as natural to you as the little 1 x 1, you have mastered coding and billing checks like a pro

• You have a wide range of experience in medical controlling and are eager to apply this in a responsible position
• You are used to optimizing medical processes while taking quality indicators into account
• You have a good feel for people, inspire others to achieve your goals and develop coherent concepts
• Your authoritative and self-confident appearance is your figurehead
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Clinic for Cardiac Surgery Karlsruhe was founded in 1995 as a specialist cardiac surgery clinic and has 96 beds, including 24 intensive care and 16 intermediate care beds. The operating theater comprises 5 operating rooms, including a modern hybrid operating room for so-called TAVI (heart valve replacement therapy). With over 1800 operations a year, the clinic is one of the largest specialist cardiac surgery clinics in Germany.
