Medical Controlling Starter Program (m/f/d)

For our starter program, we are looking for graduates for Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt as soon as possible. Your main location is in Berlin-Buch.

The program lasts 2 years, after which you will be offered a permanent position.

• As part of the two-year starter program, you will be optimally trained for a qualified, possibly also managerial position in the area of medical controlling at the Helios clinics in the eastern region.
• You will spend between two and six months working in various areas of your future job and get to know clinics at various locations up to the level of maximum care provider.
• At the beginning of your starter period, you will gain an initial insight into hospital operations through an assignment focusing on coding activities and administrative processes in medical controlling. You will then rotate through the medical controlling departments in various hospitals and receive specialist training for your future role. Depending on your level of training, you will be actively involved and learn about management processes from the ground up. In addition, you will work independently on your own long-term project and present the results to the regional management level.
• As part of the program, you will take part in various seminars at company level, special workshops in the areas of medical controlling and MDK processing management and quality assurance, giving you the opportunity to exchange ideas and network with other program participants.
• Together with you, we set individual development goals at the beginning and regularly discuss the achievement of the sub-goals with you.
• We will take your individual preferences into account as far as possible when deciding where to work.

• For your work as a participant in the Medical Controlling starter program in the Helios Region East, you will need an above-average degree from a university or vocational college with a business administration or comparable focus
• Ideally, you will have chosen a major in medical controlling or healthcare economics with a focus on medical controlling
• In addition to analytical thinking, you have a high level of commitment, initiative and negotiating skills
• You feel comfortable in the world of medicine, but also in the world of numbers, but also have an interest in the specifics of hospital operations and medical topics
• Ideally, you have a strong affinity for IT and have initial user knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), database applications and SAP as well as medical expertise
• You enjoy working at different locations
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
