Central Head of Medical Controlling (m/f/d)

full-time with office in Berlin.

• Establishment and strategic responsibility for the centralized management and further development of medical controlling processes in a group-wide context
• Analysis, evaluation and optimization of medical service processes and their mapping, taking into account economic and regulatory framework conditions
• Development and implementation of innovative concepts for the standardization and optimization of processes in close cooperation with the regional medical controllers
• Preparation of reports, benchmarks and strategic recommendations for management and other decision-makers
• Supporting and advising regional medical controllers on the implementation of central requirements and the optimization of regional processes
• Actively participating in and supporting change management processes in a complex corporate environment

• Completed studies in health economics, medicine, business administration with a focus on healthcare or a comparable qualification
• Sound medical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of hospital financing and DRG systems
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of complex, data-based relationships
• Several years of professional experience in medical controlling, ideally in a central role within a group or comparable organization
• Experience in setting up new structures and processes and in managing decentralized units
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams as well as a high degree of initiative and creativity and the proven ability to successfully solve complex problems
