As soon as possible, we are looking for you to join the Helios Clinic Warburg as Medical Director of the Central Emergency Room (m/f/d) full-time or part-time.

• Responsibility for the organizational and strategic management of the central emergency room
• Ensuring patient-centric, efficient and high-quality care
• Personnel management and development of staff in the emergency room
• Control and optimization of emergency room operations to ensure smooth operations
• Close cooperation with other departments and interfaces, especially in the areas of intensive care, radiology and nursing
• Ensuring compliance with all legal medical standards in the field of emergency care

• Completed studies in medicine, anaesthesia, emergency medicine and further training in acute and emergency medicine
• Professional experience in an emergency room or comparable facility as well as initial experience in a management position
• Leadership and organizational skills as well as high resilience and decisiveness
• Team-oriented, empathetic and solution-oriented way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
