For our well-established day clinic for psychiatry and psychotherapy at the Ludwigslust site, we are looking for a new Medical Director (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• As a senior physician (m/f/d), you will take over the medical management of the Psychiatric Day Hospital in Ludwigslust on your own responsibility
• You will be responsible for providing highly qualified and guideline-compliant therapy for all day clinic patients
• You will lead the multi-professional team of therapists on site
• They maintain close contact with the outpatient neurologists and other referring physicians and represent the day clinic in the region's psychosocial care network

• You are a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy (m/f/d) and have many years of clinical experience
• You have a high level of professional competence in the treatment of patients with various psychiatric illnesses
• You have an open-minded attitude towards an integrative psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment concept
• You have the ability to lead and develop a multi-professional team with experienced therapists
• You have a motivating and integrating effect in the team and are resilient in crisis situations
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

We also operate a psychiatric institute outpatient clinic at the same location.
