At the beginning of August, our new apprentices and dual students started their careers at our locations in Bad Homburg and Friedberg. New people, new surroundings, and above all, lots of new impressions: the first few days are always particularly exciting! To make the start easier for our new talents, we organize annual Onboarding Days at the Bad Homburg campus. These days are all about getting to know colleagues, exploring our workplaces, and gaining an insight into working life and corporate culture at Fresenius.

This year, around 2,900 talents started their careers in the Fresenius Group in Germany as part of our training and dual study programs. In the coming years, they will gain practical experience in areas such as nursing, science, and technology, while helping to shape the future of healthcare.
