Regional Medical Controlling (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time (40h / week) consultant (m/f/d) for the Helios Region East as soon as possible.

• Support in regional key figure-based benchmark reporting as well as in the analysis and optimization of coding quality at regional level
• Supporting and advising the medical, nursing and functional service staff in optimizing documentation quality and length of stay at regional level
• Creation of SOPs and involvement in the creation of treatment pathways
• Preparation of analyses as part of MDK processing management, quality assurance and monitoring of death conferences
• Co-organization of OPS structure requirement audits at the locations in the region
• Taking responsibility for your own work and projects in a motivated team and supporting the conceptual development of the department

• An above-average degree from a university or university of cooperative education with a business administration or comparable orientation
• You have chosen a specialization in medical controlling or healthcare economics with a focus on medical controlling
• In addition to analytical thinking skills, you have a high level of commitment, initiative and negotiating skills as well as a strong willingness and ability to collaborate across professional groups
• You feel comfortable in the world of medicine, but also in the world of numbers, but also have an interest in the main areas of hospital operations and medical topics
• You have a pronounced affinity for IT and have very good user skills in MS Office (especially Excel), database applications and SAP as well as medical expertise and knowledge of legal texts (MDK Reform Act, SGB V, KHEntG, PrüfvV etc.)
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
