Cluster Head of Medical Controlling (m/f/d)

full-time.

• Professional and disciplinary management of medical controlling at the Helios Kliniken Kassel and Helios Klinikum Warburg sites

• Further development of operational and strategic medical controlling and ensuring compliance with structural requirements
• Responsibility for coding, revenue optimization, revenue assurance and the entire MDK management including the implementation of appeals and support in legal proceedings
• Supporting and advising the management on operational and strategic issues and the definition of clinical processes
• Supporting management with specialist expertise in budget and fee negotiations with payers
• Advising doctors on coding-related topics
• Managing receivables management

• You have successfully completed medical, commercial or nursing training or a corresponding degree or have a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional and management experience in the healthcare sector
• If possible, you have knowledge of the G-DRG and PEPP systems and the associated regulations
• You are confident in using standard MS Office applications and ideally SAP, QlikView and database systems
• Your appearance is characterized by commitment, diplomacy and integrity, conscientiousness and organizational talent are just as important as a service-oriented personality
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
