Cluster Manager (m/f/d) Emergency Room

Helios Kliniken Mansfeld-Südharz GmbH is looking to fill the position of Cluster Manager (m/f/d) Emergency Room as soon as possible.

• Cluster management for the locations Sangerhausen, Eisleben and Hettstedt
• Assumption of overall medical responsibility for the central emergency rooms of the Mansfeld-Südharz district (MSH)
• Contribution of new ideas and further development into a department "Clinical Emergency and Acute Medicine MSH"
• Monitoring and ensuring the quality and efficiency of emergency care in a regional setting
• Leadership and technical guidance of the interdisciplinary team as well as responsibility for the further training of all subordinate colleagues
• Close cooperation with other departments of the hospital as well as external emergency services, physicians in private practice and other healthcare providers

• Specialist in internal medicine or general medicine or surgery or anaesthesia (m/f/d) with additional qualification in clinical acute and emergency medicine
• Ideally, several years of experience in a management position, preferably in an emergency room or comparable field
• Strong leadership skills and experience in leading interdisciplinary teams are desirable
• The ability to remain calm and level-headed in stressful situations
• High organizational skills, experience in the management of complex medical processes and a strong patient orientation
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
