Cluster Manager (m/f/d) Emergency Department

Helios Kliniken Mansfeld-Südharz GmbH is looking to fill the position of Cluster Head (m/f/d) Emergency Department at the earliest possible date.

• Cluster management for the Sangerhausen, Eisleben and Hettstedt sites
• Assumption of overall medical responsibility for the central emergency departments of the Mansfeld-Südharz district (MSH)
• Introduction of new ideas and further development into a "Clinical Emergency and Acute Medicine MSH" department
• Monitoring and ensuring the quality and efficiency of emergency care in a regional setting
• Management and professional guidance of the interdisciplinary team as well as responsibility for the further training of all subordinate colleagues
• Close cooperation with other departments of the hospital as well as external emergency services, registered doctors and other healthcare providers

• Specialist in internal medicine or general medicine or surgery or anesthesia (m/f/d) with additional qualification in clinical acute and emergency medicine
• Ideally several years of experience in a managerial position, preferably in an emergency department or a comparable area
• Strong leadership skills and experience in leading interdisciplinary teams are desirable
• The ability to remain calm and level-headed in stressful situations
• Strong organizational skills, experience in managing complex medical processes and a strong patient focus
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
