Coding specialist in medical controlling (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time or part-time coding specialist in medical controlling (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible

• Independent coding based on the (largely) digital patient file up to billing approval
• Processing and checking hospital invoices in accordance with billing regulations and coding guidelines
• You are the contact person for medical and non-medical colleagues in the departments
• Supporting the department in correspondence with payers
• Support in the further development of medical controlling

• Completed training in a nursing or medical assistant profession and further training as a clinical coding specialist
• Knowledge of medical documentation in hospitals and the applicable regulations
• Knowledge of hospital software (iMedOne), common coding software (MOMO, Kodip) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) would be desirable
• Strong communication skills, careful and team-oriented way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
