Coding Specialist / Profiler Medical Controlling (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team at the Freital site, we are looking for a full-time or part-time Coding Specialist / Profiler Medical Controlling (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Coding: Implementation across all somatic departments and locations within the framework of the MedCo cluster structures, with the possibility of specialization
• Documentation: Ensuring the quality of documentation and file completeness during the treatment process
• Quality: Support in the analysis and optimization of coding quality
• Billing: Responsibility for ensuring the billing process
• Training: Regular information and further training of medical and nursing staff in coding issues
• Communication: Processing of inquiries from health insurance companies

• Education: Completed vocational training in direct patient care, ideally in the medical and nursing field
• Qualification: Further training as a coding specialist desirable
• Expertise: Confident handling of the regulations of the DRG system, the MDK system and the PrüfVV
• Documentation: Experience with medical records and electronic documentation (HIS-SAP)
• Billing: Knowledge of intensive care medicine (ventilation hours, TISS/SAPS) is an advantage
• Way of working: High sense of responsibility and independent task processing
