Head of Controlling/Financial Controlling (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Controlling/Financial Controlling (m/f/d) for the Helios Klinikum Emil von Behring in Berlin-Zehlendorf to start as soon as possible.

• Technical and disciplinary management of commercial controlling and financial accounting at the site
• Responsible for preparing the financial statements (incl. forecasts) and business plans in close cooperation with the Clinic Managing Director, the Regional Head of Controlling and those responsible for the departments involved
• As well as ensuring that the regional and Group reporting is completed on time
• Responsible for the complete implementation of the annual InEK calculation and for various statutory reports (hospital statistics, nursing training fund, etc.)
• Preparation, organization and implementation of budget negotiations with payers in cooperation with the central budget service
• Analysis and preparation of data as well as the development of proposals for economic management, including the preparation of investment and profitability calculations as well as the continuation and further development of internal reporting
• Primary contact person for the auditors in the context of the annual financial statements as well as the organization of the timely preparation of cost and usage reports and their auditing by auditors

• A degree in business administration or comparable training

• Several years of experience in hospital controlling with very good knowledge of hospital financing law
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and experience with SAP
• Communication, cooperation and teamwork skills as well as organizational and negotiation skills
• A high degree of reliability, flexibility and resilience, high level of commitment and sense of responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
