What you can expect

  • You will ensure that an appropriate and effective, holistic fire protection management system is in place at all Helios Germany sites
  • You will report to the management of Helios Germany as well as to the Head of Fire Protection of the Helios segment
  • Management of approx. 30 fire safety officers at all locations nationwide and, within the framework of preventive fire protection, technical authority to issue instructions to the heads of the specialist departments

What you bring with you

  • You have successfully completed a university degree in the field of safety and security, or a degree in fire protection or another university degree with relevant demonstrable experience in the field of safety engineering, fire protection or a similar course of study
  • You have several years (at least 5 years) of professional experience in the field of preventive fire protection and fire protection law as well as good knowledge of related fields of law (environmental law, chemicals law, safety law, etc.)
  • Additional knowledge of national and international fire protection guidelines as well as fire or evacuation simulations should be available
  • You can also demonstrate relevant practical experience in fire protection and further training as an expert (m/f/d) for (preventive) fire protection

  • You have a valid class B and C driving license
