For our Vascular Surgery Clinic in Hildesheim, we are looking for you as Medical Director of Vascular Surgery (m/f/d) as of 01.08.2025

• The professional and organizational management and further development of the Department of Vascular Surgery in close cooperation with the Chief Physicians of the Clinic for Angiology and the Institute for Imaging Diagnostics and Interventional Radiology

• Participation in the strategic, future-proof orientation of the vascular medicine clinics as a vascular center
• An established spectrum of complex operations in vascular surgery with desired continuous further development, including aortic surgery
• Management and further training of the medical team as well as close interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialist departments
• Ensuring highly qualified patient care as well as medical quality and compliance with medical standards

• Specialist in vascular surgery (m/f/d) with extensive professional experience in modern vascular surgery, especially aortic surgery

• You meet the requirements for the granting of further training authorization
• You recognize business contexts and have a high sense of responsibility and can take on an active and motivating leadership role
• High professional and social competence as well as leadership skills
• Economic thinking and acting, a cross-departmental and future-oriented organizational understanding as well as close, interdisciplinary cooperation with the other specialist departments are a prerequisite

• A position with a high degree of creative freedom in which your enthusiasm for the training and further education of junior doctors and specialists comes to the fore

• Opportunities for simulation and further training courses at our own Simulation and Emergency Academy (SiNa)
