Trainee Management (m/f/d)

Do you want to become a hospital manager? Then join our 2-year program as a management trainee (m/f/d).

• You will get to know the hospital business from the ground up and gain an exciting insight into all areas of the hospital through several work shadowing phases
• In specialist assignments lasting several months, you will rotate through various clinics throughout Germany and work hand in hand with the managing directors
• You will encounter a wide variety of tasks that are common practice in the hospital world and lie at the interface of various specialist areas - e.g. business planning, construction projects, establishing specialist medical departments, etc.
• You will develop and expand your expertise in all aspects of the healthcare sector, e.g. effects of hospital reform, legal regulations in the nursing service, remuneration
• You will manage projects and present their results to various committees
• After two years, you will be ideally qualified to start in the position of Junior Manager:in Hospital

• A degree with a focus on business administration, law or medicine
• Very good written and spoken German
• You have initial practical experience, ideally in project management and/or in the hospital sector, e.g. through internships and working student activities
• You are a strong communicator, have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a team
• You are enthusiastic, creative and reliable
• You are highly motivated and have the willingness to develop professionally and personally in a short space of time
• Willingness to work at 4-6 locations throughout Germany within 24 months

• 3,600.00 euros gross monthly salary and 150.00 euros net rent allowance
• BahnCard 50 Business also for private use
• 30 days vacation
• Practice-oriented learning, directly from experienced specialists and managers
• Expertise through many channels: Specialist seminars, workshops & soft skills training
• Know-how access: online learning platforms, specialist books and various training materials
• Through a 2-year development program with increasing requirement levels, you will then move safely into the management level
• Regular, structured feedback & reflection sessions
