Trainee Purchasing and Logistics (m/f/d)

Do you want to take on a management position in purchasing and logistics? Join our 2-year program as a Purchasing and Logistics Trainee (m/f/d) with placements at the company headquarters in Berlin.

• You will get to know the hospital business from the ground up and gain an exciting insight into all areas of the hospital during several work shadowing phases
• In specialist assignments lasting several months, you will rotate through various clinics throughout Germany and the Group headquarters, where you will work hand in hand with the purchasing and logistics managers, who will make you an expert in the field of purchasing and supply chain
• You will be directly involved in operational and strategic topics in Purchasing and will, for example, work on product group management through cost analyses or process optimizations
• You will also take on materials management tasks in logistics, e.g. transportation and disposal of goods and merchandise
• You will manage your own projects with a local, regional and Group-wide focus and present your results to various committees
• After two years, you will be ideally qualified to take up a management position in purchasing and logistics

• A degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on purchasing and/or logistics or comparable training
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• You have some initial practical experience, ideally related to purchasing or logistics, e.g. through internships and working student activities
• You are a strong communicator, have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a team
• You are enthusiastic, creative and reliable
• You are highly motivated and have the willingness to develop professionally and personally in a short space of time
• Willingness to work at 4-6 locations throughout Germany within 24 months

• 3,600.00 euros gross monthly salary and 150.00 euros net rent allowance
