Nursing management trainee (m/f/d)

Do you want to become a nursing director? Then join our 2-year program as a nursing management trainee (m/f/d).

• You will get to know the hospital system from the ground up and gain an in-depth insight into all areas of the hospital through exciting work shadowing phases
• In specialist assignments lasting several months, you will rotate through various clinics throughout Germany and work hand in hand with the nursing directors there
• You will be directly involved in operational and strategic topics at Helios, for example in interface management with various specialist departments such as the medical service or the hospital management.
• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of patient care projects from a nursing science and economic perspective
• You will also manage interdisciplinary projects and present their results to various committees
• After two years, you will be ideally qualified to start in the position of Junior Manager:in Nursing

• You have completed vocational training in healthcare and nursing as well as a university degree
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• You have initial practical experience in the hospital sector, e.g. through internships or working student activities
• You are highly motivated and have the willingness to develop professionally and personally in a short space of time
• You are a strong communicator, have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a team
• You are enthusiastic, creative and reliable
• Willingness to work at 4-6 locations throughout Germany within the 24 months

• 3,600.00 euros gross monthly salary and 150.00 euros net rent allowance

• 30 days vacation

• Know-how access: online learning platforms, specialist books and various training materials
• Through a 2-year development program with increasing requirement levels, you will then move safely into the management level
