Trainee IT (m/f/d)

• In order to familiarize you with the daily hospital business, you will gain an exciting insight into all areas of the hospital during several work shadowing phases
• In various assignments, you will get to know the core areas of Helios IT from the ground up, primarily in regional IT or local IT
• In addition, you will get to know our central areas of clinical applications, infrastructure, business applications, SAP Healthcare Technology and IT organization in one section
• You will get to know the broad spectrum of Helios IT in all its facets, deal with business processes in interdisciplinary projects, support the implementation of IT solutions and present results to various committees
• You will also take on tasks as part of the rollout of our Germany-wide digitalization projects, such as the electronic patient file including nursing documentation and fever curve or medication
• You will support our IT managers / regional IT managers and take on initial administrative tasks
• In addition, you will gain insights into product management in the infrastructure clinics sub-division and thus obtain a wide range of information on topics such as license extensions or contract arrangements for the products used here
• You will get to know our central areas and data centers (Berlin and / or Erfurt) and support our colleagues there by taking on defined tasks

• You have a degree in (medical or business) computer science or have completed vocational training as an IT clerk / IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable relevant training with several years of professional experience
• Very good written and spoken German
• Alternatively, you have successfully completed a degree in human medicine or nursing sciences and ideally have knowledge of process flows in clinics and a high affinity for IT
• You are well versed in Office products Ideally, you have project experience and enjoy presenting your solutions with creativity and talent
• Willingness to work at 4-6 locations throughout Germany within the 24 months

• 3,600.00 euros gross monthly salary and 150.00 euros net rent allowance
