Chief Medical Secretary / Coordinator Hearing Clinic (m/f/d)

full or part time.

• Supporting the head physician in day-to-day business as an assistant
• Organization of the processes in the head physician's office as well as appointment coordination and appointment arrangements for outpatients and inpatients of the hearing clinic, in particular also for outpatient rehabilitation
• Billing management and billing of all clinic patients via the KVB (Bavarian Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians) as well as the PVS and statutory health insurance companies as part of our outpatient rehabilitation facility
• Scheduling and coordination of external cooperation partners, doctors and medical device manufacturers
• Communication and organization with press offices, publishers and media relations
• Participation in various medical, organizational and scientific projects at the Helios Hearing Clinic
• Contact person: in the various interfaces

• Completed training as a medical assistant, alternatively commercial training or equivalent with knowledge of medical terminology. Previous experience in the field of outpatient rehabilitation is also an advantage
• At least several years of experience in the billing of medical services in hospitals and/or branch offices
• Very good IT skills. Familiarity with SAP and case management. Billing with the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in Bavaria (KVB), the PVS and statutory health insurance companies in general
• Enjoy working with people, ideally knowledge of working with hearing-impaired people (loud and clear pronunciation, knowledge of sign language or similar)
• Ability to work independently, excellent organizational skills, good verbal skills and technical understanding
• High level of professional and social competence, loyalty, patience and empathy
• The legally required proof of immunization against measles
