Chief Medical Secretary (m/f/d).

• Independent and autonomous organization of the chief physician's secretariat Coordination of areas of responsibility within the clinic and with external partners, e.g. rescue service Organization of new hires Project management assistance (e.g. setting up and managing the care of elective patients), public relations and organization of events Key figure evaluations (pivot calculations)

• Several years of professional experience in a secretarial office, preferably in a clinic in conjunction with 3 years of completed vocational training Very good knowledge of PC applications (MS Office package, Power Point), pivot spreadsheet desirable Willingness to familiarize yourself with other IT systems Knowledge and experience in project management, quality assurance and public relations Good knowledge of medical terminology Legally required proof of immunization against measles
