Chief Medical Secretary (m/f/d)

• Independent and autonomous organization of the clinic director's secretariat and private consultation hours Appointment arrangement and coordination of internal and external appointments of the clinic director's secretariat Independent recording of billing figures according to GoÄ, recording of the clinic's expert opinion orders Public relations (maintenance of the website), organization of events Project management assistance, preparation and implementation of meetings and events

• Several years of professional experience in a secretarial office, preferably in a clinic, in conjunction with a completed vocational training Safe knowledge of PC application (MS Office package) Personal, methodical and social skills Willingness to undergo further training and education round off your profile Legally required proof of immunization against measles
