Chief Physician Secretary (m/f/d)

• Independent and self-responsible organization of the clinic director's secretariat and private consultation hours
• Appointment scheduling and coordination of internal and external appointments of the Clinic Director's Secretariat
• Independent recording of billing figures according to GoÄ, recording of the clinic's expert opinion orders
• Public relations (maintenance of the website), organisation of events
• Project management assistance, preparation and implementation of meetings and events

• Several years of professional experience in a secretary's office, preferably in a clinic, in connection with completed vocational training
• Confident knowledge of the PC application (MS Office package)
• Personal, methodological and social skills
• Willingness to undergo further education and training round off your profile
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
