Chief Medical Secretary in General Surgery (m/f/d)

• Appointment coordination
• Correspondence with patients
• General administration of the secretariat
• Assistance with billing and administration of patient files
• Assisting with the organization of training events for doctors and information events for patients

• Completed training in the medical field (e.g. medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent professional training, e.g. as a secretary (m/f/d)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Confident handling of EDP and the usual Office programs
• Communicative and friendly nature
• Organizational talent and reliability
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
