At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a part-time, 29.0 hours/week temporary replacement for our Urology Clinic at the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Klinik Wiesbaden as a

Chief Medical Secretary (m/f/d)

• You are the first point of contact and represent the clinic You take over the independent and autonomous organization of the clinic director's secretariat and the private consultation hours You coordinate all appointments within your secretariat
• You will be responsible for administration You will support projects and organize events

• You have completed basic commercial or medical training You have professional experience in a secretariat or outpatient clinic You are confident in PC use (MS Office package) You work in a structured and independent manner You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles
