We are looking for you to join our team in child and adolescent psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics as a

Social Services Employee (m/f/d)

at the earliest possible date.

• Contribution of social work expertise for the planning, motivation development and preparation of educational assistance or integration assistance after inpatient treatment
• Establishing contact and developing cooperative relationships with youth welfare offices, integration assistance facilities and external cooperation partners
• Supporting networking efforts, e.g. in the area of child protection and the prevention of mental illness
• Implementation of individual and group offers, as well as professional work with patients' families
• Active participation in team and case discussions and supervision
• General administrative activities, maintaining contacts with authorities and outpatient and inpatient facilities

• You have a degree in social work or social pedagogy with state recognition as a social worker/social pedagogue (m/f/d)

• Ideally, you will have initial experience in child and adolescent psychiatry or a comparable field (e.g: Youth welfare in therapeutic facilities or youth social work)

• You are open to the concept of nature and experiential education, are able to work under pressure and are keen to support our patients and their families in outpatient, day clinic and inpatient settings
• You work independently and in a structured manner with a lot of initiative and have a high level of social competence and good communication skills
• You have a car driving license
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
