Senior Estimator (m/f/d) Building construction and overall project

Your challenge:

• Accurate initial costing using benchmarks (maximum costs)
• Detailing of cost estimates and cost calculations
• Strategic input regarding alternative construction measures or optimization of the building specification
• Supporting the project team in contract negotiations
• Leading or participating in projects to optimize processes and tools in the area of costing
• Further development of a benchmark database

Your profile

• At least five years of relevant professional experience in the cost estimation or calculation of building construction projects, ideally for development and general contractor projects
• Specialist knowledge of the handling of construction projects
• Very good IT skills (MS Office, iTWO)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and good networking in the market
• Project and process management know-how
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English

Based on the defined requirements, the minimum salary according to the collective agreement is at least

€ 5,594.00 gross (14x per year).

Your individual remuneration package will be based on your qualifications and experience. We will work with you to determine a tailor-made agreement in personal discussions.
