Your challenge:

• Overall responsibility for the planning, management and implementation of IT projects in the healthcare sector
• Analysis and optimization of processes within medical facilities
• Coordination and management of interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers
• Creation of detailed IT concepts and service specifications
• Negotiating with customers and suppliers (m/f/d) to ensure optimal project conditions
• Monitoring schedules and budget compliance
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Your profile:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) is an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications in the healthcare sector
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• High customer orientation and service orientation
• Willingness to travel occasionally

In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us to offer an attractive remuneration package. The annual salary is at least € 70,000.00 gross based on the defined requirements.

Your individual remuneration package will be based on your qualifications and experience. We will work with you to determine a tailor-made agreement in personal discussions.
