Your challenge:

• Management and implementation of IT projects in the healthcare sector with a special focus on industry-specific requirements
• Analysis and optimization of IT-supported processes in medical facilities, including clinical and administrative workflows
• Advising and training medical professionals and management teams on IT solutions and their implementation
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements in the healthcare sector
• Developing and introducing new IT solutions (e.g. electronic patient records, telemedicine) in close cooperation with the specialist departments
• Coordination and management of interdisciplinary teams and external service providers
• Creating and monitoring project plans, budgets and quality standards
• Communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including customers, suppliers and authorities

Your profile:

• Degree in computer science, medical informatics, healthcare management or a comparable field of study
• Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in IT project management with a focus on the healthcare sector
• In-depth understanding of IT solutions and processes in medical facilities (e.g. HIS, RIS, PACS, HL7, FHIR, DICOM)
• Certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA)
• Good knowledge of the regulatory framework in the healthcare sector (e.g. MDR, GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex IT topics in an understandable way
• Willingness to travel and flexibility

In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us to offer an attractive remuneration package. The annual salary is at least € 65,000.00 gross based on the defined requirements.

Your individual remuneration package will be based on your qualifications and experience. We will work with you to determine a tailor-made agreement in personal discussions.
