For Leipzig Heart Science gGmbH, we are looking for a dedicated Senior Project Manager Emergency Physician Care (m/f/d) full-time with immediate effect, initially for 2 years with the option to extend.

Our collaboration with the University Hospitals of the Heart Center Leipzig (Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Pediatric Cardiology) enables you to work in an innovative and dynamic environment and make a significant contribution.

What you can expect

  • You will lead and organize a future-oriented research project on emergency physician care in cases of suspected myocardial infarction
  • You will communicate closely with funding bodies, partners and consortia to ensure the success of the project
  • You will plan and moderate meetings and create and optimize key study documents (e.g. protocol, ICF, CRF)
  • You prepare ethics approvals and take over the planning and evaluation of process evaluations
  • You will be responsible for contract management, training of rescue teams and efficient logistics coordination
  • You will monitor project progress, control the budget, minimize risks and prepare regular reports for all relevant stakeholders

What you bring with you

  • You have a degree in medicine or life sciences and have experience in project management.
  • You have sound knowledge in the design, conduct and evaluation of clinical trials, ideally including ICH-GCP experience.
  • You are familiar with the relevant regulatory requirements for clinical trials and have a good understanding of medical issues.
  • You are adept at using modern IT systems and have a very good command of written and spoken English.
  • You are characterized by a structured, independent way of working, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team and deal with conflict.
  • Legally required proof of immunization against measles
