Project Manager Cluster (m/f/d)

For one of our Helios clinics in the South Saxony-Franconia cluster (eastern region), we are looking for a Cluster Project Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect

• Close cooperation with the clinic management and support with operational, conceptual and strategic tasks
• Promotion of continuous further development through regular exchange with colleagues
• Independent management of projects and areas of responsibility - with room for design and impact
• Preparation of decision papers, analyses, statistics, reports and presentations
• Core competencies: sound project management skills and a strong understanding of numbers

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on economics, law or medicine as well as professional experience in healthcare or clinic management
• Extensive experience in project work and management, quality management and business planning
• High degree of initiative, creativity and proven ability to successfully solve complex problems
• Ability to convince both managers and employees on a professional and personal level; strong reliability, independence, hands-on and service orientation
• Travel between the various locations of the cluster (Aue, Plauen and Kronach) is required
• Clear focus on core competencies in project management and a strong understanding of numbers

• A high degree of personal responsibility and the opportunity to get to know many core processes of a hospital from the ground up, actively help shape them and align them with the future
• The prospect of developing into a commercial site manager or hospital manager (m/f/d) in the East region
