We are looking for you as Nursing Cluster Coordinator (m/f/d) for our Helios Klinikum Emil von Behring in Berlin Zehlendorf at the earliest possible date.

• Personnel responsibility for your assigned nursing cluster, in particular employee management, team development, personnel deployment planning and absence management
• Participation in recruitment decisions
• Working closely with the nursing management and passing on information accordingly
• Leading team meetings within your care cluster together with the ward managers, including passing on all relevant information to subordinate employees
• Preparing and analyzing key figures (PPR 2.0, PPUGV) and ensuring nursing quality targets through evidence-based care, documentation and coding of nursing-relevant diagnoses
• Active participation in the design of internal hospital structures, implementation of national expert standards, management of ward rounds, implementation of nursing rounds

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d)
• A degree in nursing management, completed further training as a ward manager (m/f/d) or at least 5 years of professional experience in a managerial position is desirable
• Organizational talent, high professional and social competence, assertiveness, loyalty
• Knowledge of company and clinic objectives, including Group regulations, management code, internal reviews, specialist group resolutions
• Willingness for close interdisciplinary cooperation and communication with various clinical departments, professional groups and administration
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
