Regional Governance Coordinator (m/f/d)

The Corporate Governance Central Service of Helios Kliniken GmbH is responsible for the operation and further development of the internal control system, risk management system and compliance management system at Helios. It supports and advises the various levels of management and all employees with regard to risks, processes and controls as well as compliance with applicable guidelines.

• You report to the head of the ZD Corporate Governance of Helios Kliniken GmbH

• You support and coordinate the establishment, further development and review of the Compliance Management System (CMS), Internal Control System (ICS) and Risk Management System (RMS) in the operating regions of Helios
• You implement the elements of an appropriate and effective CMS, ICS and RMS in the operating regions at Helios according to relevant standards, implementing
• You implement the group-wide requirements of Fresenius and Fresenius Helios for CMS, ICS and RMS and also take into account the individual requirements of Helios
• You advise and support the regional and local management levels as well as employees in the operating regions and clinics in your region in the implementation of their duties within the framework of the CMS, ICS and RMS in their area of responsibility and on specific issues in the three subject areas
• You support the regular risk analyses and reporting and advise the regional and local management You train the regional and local management as well as the employees in the operating regions of Helios in the areas of CMS, ICS and RMS

• You have a university degree in business administration or law, preferably with a focus on compliance, internal controls or risk management, and have at least 3 years of professional experience in one of the relevant areas in a healthcare company, industry or an auditing or consulting firm

• You have a strong understanding of risks, compliance, internal controls and governance and have experience in consulting, setting up and developing the relevant management systems
• You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities, can adapt quickly to new circumstances and maintain attention to detail under pressure
• You find it easy to work with people and different hierarchical levels and you also have the desire to travel to implement topics on site in the clinics in Germany
• You are confident in speaking and writing English
