Nursing specialist as Geriatrics Coordinator (m/f/d)

full-time.

• Identification of geriatric patients for our geriatrics department in Stolzenau and organization of transfers
• Structured care of geriatric trauma patients in a geriatric context
• Close cooperation with the medical service, nursing and social services at both locations
• Keeping the geriatric trauma register
• Quality management for geriatrics

• Completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or comparable
• Knowledge of geriatrics and knowledge of quality management and the DRG system desirable
• Ability to work independently, resilience, mobility, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Assertiveness, high communication skills
• Willingness to work at both locations
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
