As a Regional Sales Representative Homecare (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the high-quality outpatient care of our patients in your region as well as for the acquisition of new patients and the expansion of regional networks.
Ensuring outpatient care in the area of Fresenius Kabi Homecare with economical use of the required products
Acquiring patients for the outpatient care structure from existing customers and potential new customers
Contractually compliant organization and implementation of patient care in the therapeutic areas of parenteral and enteral nutrition
Advice and training on our services and products
Communication and networking with all those involved in care processes (doctors, pharmacies, nursing staff, etc.)
Successfully completed 3-year training as a healthcare and nursing professional, nursing specialist or similar
At least 2 years of professional experience in a nursing environment
Experience in field service desirable
Medical device consultant according to § 83 MPDG desirable
Market knowledge in the homecare sector and the outpatient care structure
Understanding of business administration and sales orientation
IT skills: DHC, SAP, MS Office, CRM systems
Ability to work in a team, high level of initiative and motivation
Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly
Class B driving license and willingness to travel
