HR Project Manager (m/f/d)

at the Berlin or Erfurt location.

• Co-creation of a company-wide concept for the use of a uniform duty scheduling system
• Support of the project procedure for the introduction of the ASES software from ATOSS in the individual hospitals and companies
• Close cooperation with the software manufacturer, IT, internal regional key users and our specialist decision-makers (HR Business Partners)
• Collaboration on cross-company seminar concepts, preparation of reports, project documentation, etc.
• Further development of the duty roster program in accordance with legal, collective bargaining and individual requirements

• Several years of professional experience in personnel or project management and in dealing with duty roster programs (e.g. ASES) and/or in the hospital sector
• Knowledge of duty scheduling processes and the application of collective agreements is desirable
• High IT affinity and understanding of digital processes
• Communication and teamwork skills as well as a result-oriented and efficient way of working
• Proof of immunization against measles
